Today, on June 22, 2021, a meeting of the Board of the Treasury chaired by the Head of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine Tetiana Sliuz took place. The meeting was dedicated to the results of the Treasury's work for January-May 2021 and was held in compliance with anti-epidemic requirements.
The Board was attended by the heads of the Main Departments of the Treasury in the regions and the city of Kyiv, heads of structural units of the Treasury.
The Deputy Heads of the Main Departments of the Treasury in the oblasts, the heads of the independent structural subdivisions of the Main Departments of the Treasury in the oblasts and the management of the Treasury Directorates joined the work of the Board remotely - by videoconferencing and audio broadcast.
The following issues were submitted to the Board in accordance with the agenda:
on the impact of the execution of court decisions on the undisputed write-off of funds on the implementation of expenditures by clients of the Treasury;
on monitoring the application of personal, special, economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) to individuals and legal entities specified in the annexes to the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council;
about problematic issues that arise during remote customer service using the software and hardware complex "Treasury Client - Treasury" and ways to solve them;
on the results of internal audits conducted in the Treasury in 2020-2021;
on the state of fire safety and labor protection in the Treasury.
In her introductory speech, the Head of the Treasury Tetiana Sliuz focused on topical issues related to the implementation of its powers by the Treasury, in particular, the annual evaluation of chief accountants, timely approval of budget program passports by chief administrators and their submission to the Treasury. ties to the newly formed budgets in connection with the administrative-territorial reform, implementation by the Treasury of Priority Areas of Activity for 2021, implementation of court decisions and litigation, raising the status of the all-Ukrainian scientific-practical journal "Treasury of Ukraine".
In her speech, Tetiana Sliuz emphasized: "An important component of the Treasury's activity, the key to coordinated work is the constant interaction of its territorial bodies."
Concluding the meeting of the Board, the Head of the Treasury congratulated the thousands of treasurers of Ukraine and those involved in the treasury on the Civil Service Day, which is celebrated in Ukraine on June 23.
