On September 21, 2021, a meeting of the AIST Executive Bureua chaired by the Head of the Treasury of Ukraine - President of AIST Tetiana Sliuz and Secretary General of AIST Catherine Lemesle was held by videoconference.
The current structure of Executive Bureua of Association: Ukraine - the President; Mauritania, Togo - Vice Presidents; France, Morocco, Madagascar, the Comoros, Côte d’Ivoire, and Senegal are administrators.
The videomeeting was dedicated to the postponement of the General Assembly and the AIST Annual Symposium, which were scheduled for September this year in Kyiv. The members of the AIST Executive Bureua taking into account the risks associated with COVID-19, jointly postponed the key activities of the Association to July 4-6, 2022.
However, quarantine restrictions have not stopped the work of AIST, the exchange of practical experience between members of the Association continues in a remote format. Thus, the participants of the meeting supported the proposal of Tetiana Sliuz to hold a training webinar in 2021 on one of the topics relevant to the members of the Association.
As the topic of the XIV Annual Symposium has already been identified: "Risk Management and Changes" with two sub-topics: "Human Resources" and "Information Systems", the members of the Association will continue to develop it.
The training webinar, which will take place on December 1, 2021, will be dedicated to IT technologies in the development of treasury services.
